I am currently extensively recruiting for one of my key clients who are based in Essex. 

They are a Fortune 500 award winning global company and growing massively.

I am looking for a Application Software Engineer £34-38k

Role: 
Software Requirements Analysis, Design, Implementation, Test and Releasing activities as part of a global software development team, providing embedded software for automotive Driver Instrumentation and In-Car Display applications. 

Skills: 

*Bachelors degree or equivalent experience with a focus in Electronics or Computer Sciences. 
*Knowledge of 'C' programming, compilers, linkers and debugging techniques 
*Software engineering lifecycles

Nice to have:

* General understanding of microprocessors, real-time operating systems and communication protocols.
* Prior experience in the use of software tools such as make files and configuration management.
* Some experience with C++ and Shell Scripting.
* Some appreciation of tools and techniques for the development of graphical software.
