Dr. Tamer ElBatt - EECE1993 and Assistant Professor at EECE Dept - has recently received the 2013 Cairo University Incentive Award in Engineering Sciences. This is in recognition of Dr. ElBatt's research activities and contributions in the area of Communications Engineering with emphasis on modeling, performance analysis and design of wireless networks, and mobile computing. A special ceremnony was held in Cairo University on 21st December 2013, on the occasion of "Science Day", in which awards were presented to all Cairo University Staff who have received recognition both nationally and by the university.
