List of Specific Project Objectives: 

1) Provide innovative schemes for performance and capacity boosting in LTE and LTE-Advanced wireless systems.
2) Build research capacity for young researchers and emphasize the values of working in a research team.
3) Establish a base for a “Center of Excellence” in wireless systems research and development in Egypt.
4) Provide a means to enhance the related curriculum on graduate and under-graduate wireless systems, communications, and networks in two public universities in Egypt.
5) Put Egypt in the spotlight of potential producers of knowledge, research, and development in wireless systems particularly LTE and LTE-Advanced.

Project deliverables: 

Expected deliverables are papers and prototypes for different resource management schemes. Periodic reports will document project outputs.
