High speed digital signal propagation on PCB (an application to TL theory). Modeling and analyzing signal propagation, interference, distortion and attenuation. Modeling techniques for 3-D structures (package, sockets, connectors, etc.). Analyze and design of the power delivery network, modeling the PCB power planes and characterize the effect of component placing and parasitics on the power delivery network for high speed digital applications.
