EECE Department has enjoyed a memorable day on Monday 19 March which marked its 2012 Annual Day. The Faculty of Engineering Administration joined the start of the Day's activity through the participation of the Vice Dean for Student Affairs - Professor Amr ADLY - and the Vice Dean for Community Service and Environment, Prof. Hanafy EL-ZOHEIRY. Welcome speech was given by Prof. Mahmoud EL-HADIDI, EECE Department Chairman, followed by comments by the two Vice Deans and by Prof. Essam HASHISH of the Waves Group. Talks by student representatives of IEEE CUSB and CECE Club was then given. Top leaders from various Electronics, Communications, Computers, and Control firms gave very stimulating presentations, and a special talk on how to do research was made by Dr. Mohamed KHAIRY (currently with Nile University). Dr. Islam ESHRAH and Dr. Ahmed ZAHRAN kindly documented the event, and provided excellent minutes for future reference. The EECE Annual Day was marked this year by its high level of organization, a vivid company participation, and a highly active student presence.
