Schlumberger has provided Certificates of Appreciation, and symbolic financial awards, to the top 5 students in the Departments of Electronics & Electrical Communications Engineering, Electrical Power Engineering, Mechanical Design and Production Engineering, and Mechanical Power Engineering. The event took place on two separate days: Wednesday, 30 November 2011 for the Mechanical Design and Production Engineering and Wednesday, 7 December 2011 for the Departments of Electronics & Electrical Communications Engineering, Electrical Power Engineering and Mechanical Power Engineering. The Faculty of Engineering Dean and Vice Deans, as well as the Chairmen of the various Departments, took part in the celebration. The honored students made a number of comments and the Faculty of Engineering Administration provided clarifications and expressed its congratulations to the students.
