A team from the Program for Continuous Improvement and Qualification for Accreditation (PCIQA) - sponsored by the Ministry of Higher Education - has visited the Faculty of Engineering on 18 June 2012 to perform "Final Delivery" of the project granted to the EECE Department. This project is part of the EECE DAPAP Project (Developing Academic Programs for Accreditation Project) and its implementation started on 1 October 2009. The visiting team comprised of:

Prof. Hanan EL-TOBGY, Dr. Essam HAMAD, Dr. Mohamed ABDEL-AZIM, Prof. Said SALLAM

The visit comprised a number of activities, namely:

1 - Presentation by Prof. Mahmoud EL-HADIDI, Chairman of EECE Department and Executive Director of EECE DAPAP Project

2 - Presentation by Eng. Karim ZU-EL-FUKAR, Student Representative

3 - Presentation by Prof. Said SALAM, on behalf of Prof. Hany GOHAR, Head of Quality Assurance Unit in Cairo University

4 - Presentation by Prof. Wael El-DEGWY, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Director of EECE DAPAP Project

5 - Presentation by Prof. Hanan EL-TOBGY, Expert in the PCIQA Project

6 - Examination and inspection of project documents and equipment

7 - Signing of Delivery Documents
