The recipients of the State Awards for Year 2010 have been announced on Tuesday, 28 June 2010. Professor Amir SOURIAL - graduate of the EECE Dept. in 1982 and Professor at the Computer Engineering Department - has received the State Award of Distinction in Engineering Sciences. The State Award of Distinction is bestowed on Egyptian scholars in recognitionof valuable contributions in specific fields of engineering. It carries a monetary value of LE 100,000. All Faculty, Staff, and students at the EECE Department express their heartfelt congratulations to Professor Amir SOURIAL for this honorable achievement and wish him all the best and continued success.
